These timelines are only suggestions.

Weekend Wedding Package – Less than 100 guests

Friday Set-Up

2:00 pm Set-Up is open

We will have your tables set up inside of the Greenhouse, ready for you to decorate with your agreed-upon layout. (If we are expecting rain, the tables will not be staged under the back porch, near the Circle Patio. The ceremony chairs will be set up in the Greenhouse if this is the case.)

6:00 pm Set-up Concludes

If you need to adjust this set-up schedule, just inquire! We will be able to work something out.

Wedding Day

8:00 am Property is open for Set-up

11:00 am Chairs Set Up in Vineyard

If needed due to weather, we will set this up inside of the Greenhouse.

11:00 am Airbnb Check-In

If renting the Airbnb, check-in would start at 11am. Check-out the next day by 11am.

12:00pm – 2:00pm Hair and Make-up

Couples can use our Wedding Suite or use the Farmhouse Airbnb to get ready. Salons or spas nearby may also be utilized. DON’T FORGET TO EAT AND STAY HYDRATED.

2:15 pm – 2:50pm Bride Gets Dressed / Bridal Portraits

3:00 pm – 4:00pm First Look Photos and Wedding Portraits

You can save a lot of time by doing the majority of your wedding photos before the ceremony. This can be done during the cocktail hour if you prefer for the first look to be down the aisle.

3:45 pm Band Load in/Sound test

4:00 pm Bartender arrives for Bar Setup

Possibly 4:30 pm Catering Arrives

This is all dependent upon what is being served and whether or not you have apps.

4:30 pm Listed Ceremony Start Time

Wedding Party should be in their appropriate places, ready for their cues. Our 10×10 ft tent can be used to hide the bridal party from the guests until it is time to walk.

4:40 pm Actual Ceremony Start Time

Give some leeway for guests who did not realize that the Vineyard could take several minutes to walk to.

5:00 pm Cocktail Hour / Wedding Photos

Band/Music starts, Bartender starts serving drinks, Apps served, etc. Wedding family photos and couples photos could be taken at this time. Sitio will move the chairs from the ceremony area back to the dinner tables during this cocktail hour.

6:00 pm Guests Invited to Dinner

6:10 pm Grand March/Entrance

6:20 pm Wedding Welcome Toasts

The first two toasts in the wedding reception timeline are considered welcome toasts and they are typically offered by the parents or a family member of the newlyweds. Use this opportunity to establish any dining rules (like if you want to kiss every time someone starts clanking their glasses) If you want to do Maid of Honor and Best Man toasts at this time, you can, but just be aware that your guests are waiting to eat.

6:30 pm – 8:00pm Dinner

8:00 pm After Dinner Speeches

As dinner is wrapping up, the best man and maid of honor can offer their toasts during this slot of the wedding.

8:10pm Dessert / Cake Cutting/ Thank you to Guests

Cake Cutting photos and Dessert is served. The Wedding couple can thank their guests for coming to celebrate with them. If Sitio is flipping tables, use this opportunity to direct guests to an alternative area while Sitio Staff and catering staff prepare the space for the reception.

8:25 pm Invite guests to observe the Dance Floor

8:30 pm Bouquet Toss and Garter Toss

8:40 pm First Dances and Parent Dances

Roll this into the start of your dance party reception.

8:50pm – 10:30pm Reception

10:40 pm Last Call

Have the DJ/MC announce the Last Call for drinks and a reminder that the party ends at 11pm.

11:00 pm Bar & Music shut down

Bartender shuts down and cleans up their area. Music is shut off. Guests begin to leave. Any food, decor, or trash that could be blown away needs to be picked up.

12:00 am Fin

Event is completely over. Guests have left the grounds and clean-up is finishing. You have tomorrow to clean-up fully.

Sunday Clean-Up

8:00 am Clean-Up is open

All decor must be taken down, including the fixtures used to adhere it. All trash must be inside of a trash can or dumpster.

11:00 am Check out of Farmhouse Airbnb

12:00 pm Clean-up Concludes

Weekend Wedding Package – More than 100 guests

Friday Set-Up

2:00 pm Set-Up is open

If you are able to have your tent set-up on Friday, this will greatly help set up. If they are able to set it up on Friday afternoon, we will have your tables set-up under the tent, ready for you to decorate, with your agreed-upon layout.

If we are expecting rain, the ceremony will be set up under the tent. The tables will be set up and lined up in the back of the tent and overflow in the Greenhouse. After the ceremony, we would move the tables to their dinner spot.

6:00 pm Set-up Concludes

If needed due to weather, we will set this up inside of the tent/ Greenhouse, depending on your party size. The tables will be set-up so that you can begin to decorate.

If there is rain, the ceremony will be set-up under the tent/Greenhouse. The tables will be lined up in the back of the tent or under the porch, behind the Greenhouse so that we can carry them in after the ceremony concludes.

11:00 am Airbnb Check-In
