Live conifer trees line our Greenhouse, adorned with twinkling holiday lights. The Greenhouse features heated floors and an overhead heater to keep everyone warm and comfortable during the celebration. Your winter wedding venue has plowed, maintained parking areas; indoor bathrooms; chairs and tables for 100 guests included; on-site Farmhouse Accommodations for the bride and groom; firepit stocked with wood; and a hygge sauna to enjoy.

Max guest count during the Winter Wonderland Weddings is 90.

Pricing:

Saturday: $3500

Friday or Sunday: $2800

Monday – Thursday: $1750

• 8am to Midnight
• Use ofThe Greenhouse and the Utopia Borealis Stage & firepit area.
• Seating and table set-up and take-down for ceremony and reception
• 100 Padded White Chairs (rated for 500#)
• 11 eight-foot tables & 2 six-foot tables (seating for 100)
• 1 nine-foot handcrafted birch table
• Garbage receptacles
• Audio Equipment: 2 venue-sized speakers, Beringer Sound Board, 2 Mics + Stands, Cable Snake
• Free Coat Check in Greenhouse
• On-Site Venue Manager
• 1 Night stay in our On-Site Farmhouse Accommodations (Check in 8am – Check out 11am the next day)
