Wedding Rates + Packages

14 Hour Wedding Ceremony + Reception Package

Pricing:

Friday & Saturday: $7,500
Sunday -Thursday: $5,000
Micro-Weddings (under 30 guests): $1,700
We offer hourly rates for small events (showers, parties, photo shoots)
Bar & Bartender add-on $300
In- house Catering add-on ($15-$19 per person) Root & Roast: Plant-Based Chef, Carnivore Chef Duo

Includes:

Use of all three of our spaces: Vineyard View, the Greenhouse, and the Utopia Borealis Stage + fire pit area
9am to 10pm day of event
1 hour rehearsal prior to event
Use of our getting ready area (Red Barn Prep-Suite)
Seating and tables for ceremony and reception: 180 padded white chairs, 14 eight-foot tables
Garbage receptacles + hauling
Audio equipment in the Greenhouse: 2 venue-sized speakers, Beringer sound board, 2 mics + mic stands (music turned off on weekday nights by 9pm)
On-site venue manager

Details

BOOKING
To book a date, we require a signed contract, and a deposit of 50% of the rental rate. All times include set-up and break down. All vendors must be completely broken down and exited off premises by 11 PM. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Card payments incur a 2.9% processing fee. Final payment due before the event date.

CAPACITY AND TENTING
Our diverse spaces at Sitio Events can accommodate events of up to 200 guests. Events with over 85 guests will need to rent a tent that will be set up in the space outside the Greenhouse. See our Preferred Vendors list for contact details.

PARKING
Sitio Events has parking spaces for up to 100 cars. This includes 4 different parking areas. Our staff provides limited parking guidance assistance for 45 min prior to the start of the ceremony. For larger parties, we highly encourage providing shuttles for guests.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol can be served during your event. As an add on to the Wedding Ceremony + Reception Package, we can provide bar set-up and a bartender for 6 hours. Contact us for more details on alcohol service at your event.

PREFERRED VENDORS
While we do not require the use of our Preferred Vendors, we do have recommended vendors who have previously worked with the venue and Management team. Ask about our list to learn more.

INSURANCE
All events over 75 guests must purchase Day-of-Event insurance. Ask about our Preferred Vendor list for contact information and requirements.

SECURITY
There are four ponds on site and for the safety of your guests, no unattended children are permitted at Sitio Events. Some events may require added security.
